AGC Glass Europe produces, processes and distributes flat glass for the construction (external glazing and interior decorative glass), the automotive (original & replacement glass) and the solar sectors. It is the European branch of AGC Glass, the world's largest producer of flat glass.
Project
To design the electronic part of a quality control system for the client's production line. The system needs an electronic module to locate and qualify in real-time defects in the production line.
Solutions
DELTATEC implemented a system of four linear digital cameras that generate data from the production line, process the data and perform a real-time analysis on the data.
The solution fits into a rack, which includes a PC board and four boards controlling and processing the data from each camera.
DELTATEC carried out a complete regulation study for CE marking.
